Quiet Time

Morgan is quite the colicky baby.  She has acid reflux pretty badly, so she is always cranky and not a very good sleeper.

Today I was telling the boys it was time for quiet time. I was holding Morgan trying to rock her to sleep and get her to stop fussing. Baron turns to me and says, "Is Morgan going to have quiet time too?"

I wish buddy. I really wish.

Spies

Jackson and Baron are really into this "spy" phase right now.  The Easter bunny brought them these dark blue sunglasses they were wanting and Baron wears his around all day long.  He also hides very quietly around the house claiming he's being a spy.  It's pretty funny, except when he scares me to death.  I can't tell you how many times lately I've sat down at my desk to do some work and then call for Baron a few minutes later to tell him something and he pops out from right under my desk where I already am.  He is so good at being quiet! Always gives me a mini heart attack but then cracks me up of course.  He is a really funny kid with such an amazing imagination already.  He's also pretty good at coming up with the craziest stories.  It's pretty entertaining.

Cutie and the Beast

My favorite Disney movie from growing up was most definitely Beauty and the Beast. I loved the music and the characters and wanted to be just like Bell. They are re-releasing it in the theaters in 3-D and I am tempted to take the boys, or just go by myself =). We saw a trailer for it on the tv and Jackson says, "Look, it's Cutie and the Beast!"

He sounded just like his dad when he said that. I love it.

New Names

A while ago, the boys randomly decided they wanted to go by some new names. Jackson chose Felito for his name and Baron decided he wanted to go by his middle name, James. I have NO idea where Jackson came up with Felito, but it is pretty hilarious. He soon got everyone on board and would even introduce himself at soccer class as Felito. Baron even calls him Felito most of the time. I love it. They are seriously such goof balls most of the time and just so.much. fun! Love those two. Today, Baron was yelling down the hall for Jackson, but wasn't getting any response. Then I heard him yell at the top of his lungs this:

"Jackson Felito Graham!! Get in here, right now!!"

Life is never dull with two little boys in it. I hope they never grow up.

Kitty Kat

Best quote from Halloween:

Sweet Lady from church: "Baron, would you like a Reese's or a Kit Kat?"

Baron: "A Kitty Kat please!"

And today he told me, "Mom, I love Kitty Kats! They're my favorite candy!"

Bones

The boys have become obsessed with skeletons and bones and pretty much all things "spooky" due to the Halloween season (yay! Love this holiday!) The other day in the car the were having an argument over skeletons. This is what I heard:

Baron: "Skeletons live outside."

Jackson: "No, Bear. Skeletons are in your body. I'm serious. The are inside your skin!"

Baron: "Ahh! That's disgusting!!"

Baron says that word (disgusting) all the time. Name that movie where that word is quoted and made fun of....... got it?

The movie is Hitch :)

Vitamins

Jackson and Baron LOVE taking their gummy vitamins everyday (you know, the ones that are just like gummy bears?) The other day we were at Baskin Robins getting some ice cream with the Jensens in celebration of their Jack's 5th birthday. In between the many flavors of ice cream they had some candy toppings, one of which was gummy bears. Baron saw these and said, "Mom! They even have vitamins here!"

Jackson and Baron love candy, and of course absolutely love ice cream. They are most definitely mine and John's kids.
